A podcast is a recording of a radio broadcast or a video that can be taken from the internet. I like to call it an audio form of blogging or vlogging. There are so many benefits you can get from listening to podcasts.

Podcasts are a great way to unwind at the end of the day. They kind of distract
you from the hustle and bustle of daily campus life. Tuning in to conversations
that are hilarious and you can relate to is quite fun.
2. Keeps you encouraged
I find that listening to stories of how people maneuvered through challenges that they faced keeps me quite encouraged. It helps keep the hope in you alive.
Whether it is about challenges in friendships or relationships or life: podcasts help a lot.
3. Podcasts keep your intellect in check
There are so many podcasts that cover each and every field. From art to entrepreneurship and even girl talk. It is easy to learn new stuff related to your career, hobby, or even life issues through your phone!
4. For self-improvement
Podcasts help in mental and spiritual improvement. Mentally; they widen your views on different issues. Spiritually; there are podcasts out there that offer information on all religions.
5. Improve mental health
This is kind of tied to reason number three and reason one. Life throws
challenges at us that sometimes leave us sad and sometimes depressed.
